Hi! I'm Jez, and I enjoy making small, silly games! Here's some of them!
A lot of them are created for game jams, such as Ludum Dare and Global Game Jam
Sadly, a lot of the early games are in Flash (including VUEL, the winner of Ludum Dare 37), so they're inaccessible at the moment. ๐ข But never fear, one day they shall be ported and shall rise again!
Here's some quick recommendations that are all still good!
A recursive game for the theme "deeper and deeper" (playtime: 10-15 mins)
Came 2nd for theme and 13th overall for Ludum Dare 48
A fun little toy. There's no objective, but you can grow a peaceful forest with little people and one big egg ๐ (playtime: 5-15 mins)
Literally create and upload awful games to defeat shovelware titles at their own game. (playtime: 5-10 mins)
Imagine all the frustration of calling an automated phone system turned into a game!! The original version of this game involved calling a real phone number, but now there's a web version. You may hate me after playing this game ๐ (playtime: 30-40 mins)
1st for innovation & audio, and 2nd overall and for humor for Ludum Dare 47
If you have more time, this is a game that I made with my friend over the course of 8 years! (playtime: 30-60 mins)
